As an author, I bring characters to life — ones that linger in the minds of readers long after the final page is turned. Whether through novels, short stories, or poetry, my writing blends depth, humor, and emotional honesty, creating narratives that feel both personal and universal.

At the heart of my work is a deep passion for amplifying untold stories, especially in women’s and African-American fiction, while embracing voices from all walks of life. My mission is not just to entertain — but to illuminate lived experiences that deserve to be heard.

I also create and host Author’s Mic, a video series where indie authors, editors, poets, and creatives share real talk about the writing life — without the fluff. I founded the Indie Reader Society (IRS) to bring readers and writers together in authentic conversation, starting with powerful books that spark connection and reflection.

And through Breaking the Algorithm (BTA) — my boldest project yet — I’m leading a movement for indie authors tired of being invisible. I share honest strategies, no-gimmick guidance, and proof that you don’t need a big budget or big following to make a big impact.
